Refunds and Replacements

• Refunds or replacements may be issued only if the customer can establish that the delivered product was damaged, defective, or not as described.
• Any such issues must be reported to our Customer Service team within 1–2 days of receiving the product.
• Upon receiving the complaint, the matter will be reviewed and verified. Refunds/replacements will be provided only after successful validation.

Product Not as Expected

• If you believe the product received is not what was shown on the site or does not meet expectations, you must notify our customer service within 1–2 days of delivery.
• Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action based on the situation.

Manufacturer Warranty

• For products that include a manufacturer’s warranty, any defects or issues should be addressed directly with the manufacturer as per their terms.

Refund Timeline

• If a refund is approved by CHELSON GORDON CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED, it will be processed within 1–2 working days.
• The amount will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method.
