ASQA has announced that all Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) must complete the Annual Declaration on Compliance (ADC) online between 3 March - 31 March 2025.

The declaration must be completed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who is legally responsible for the registration of the RTO.

The ADC confirms that:

• The organisations must currently meet the requirements of the RTOs Standards and the Standards for all Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) certifications issued in the last 12 months.

The RTOs must systematically monitor and evaluate its training and assessment practices to ensure compliance.
If any non-compliance is identified , additional details on rectification actions will be needed.
