Annual Declaration on Compliance: Submission Deadline by 31st March 2025

ASQA launched ADC (Annual Declaration on Compliance) 2025 which requires all ASQA controlled RTOs (Registered Training Organisations) to submit their declaration of compliance at the latest by 31st March 2025. This declaration confirms that all RTOs adhere to the RTO Standards 2015 which is a very crucial regulatory requirement.

The ADC ensures RTOs engage with ASQA, provide accurate data, and demonstrate their commitment to quality VET.

The Process of Submission

ASQA has emailed a unique weblink to the CEOs of the Registered Training Organisations. However, if anyone has not received the email they must do the following:

  1. Check the junk/spam mail folder of the CEO thoroughly.
  1. Ensure that the email address of the CEO is mentioned correctly without any errors on ‘training.gov.au’.
  1. In case the email address is incorrect, make sure that the correct details are updated in asqanet.
  1. Submit an enquiry through the online form requesting ASQA to re-send the email.
  1. However, if the issue persists, contact ASQA’s support team for further assistance.

Note- All RTOs registered by 31 December 2024 must submit the ADC. The initial registration date is available on training.gov.au. However, if the RTO is managed by the QCAA (Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority), then they do not have to submit the ADC to ASQA. They will follow the QCAA submission process.
