With over 15 years of experience, I hold both a doctorate and post-doctoral degree, specializing in finance, audit, and taxation in higher education. I've contributed significantly with 20 research and conference papers, 15 of which have been featured in prestigious journals and books. My commitment to academic excellence is accentuated by being recognized at the 'Institute of Chartered Accountants of India's International Award Ceremony (2021).' Remarkably, I have received awards for the 'Best Research Paper' and 'Best Thesis,' showcasing a dedication to creating learning resources that go beyond imparting knowledge and developing a deeper understanding.

In my role as a material developer at CG, I have been responsible for creating, modifying, and generating materials for various RTO courses and providing training to new material developer joinees. Holding my PhD degree in the field of management, eligible for being a professor in Indian universities, and a vast experience of six years in teaching and research help me to bring my best to serve CG.
