About this position 

The Course Coordinator supports the vocational training operation of the colleges globally. This role is responsible for assisting trainers in preparing materials, coordinating sessions, engaging with participants, and maintaining training records. The Course Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient training operations, contributing to an effective learning environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support to the School Manager for the day-to-day operations of the school throughout the various campuses in Australia. 
  • Coordinate, support and participate with Quality Assurance Department in tasks and projects in relation to the scope of registration, quality, compliance and continuous improvement practices. 
  • Demonstrate and apply proven high-level knowledge and understanding of training packages and curriculum requirements including innovative program design, development, and implementation within an education/training environment. 
  • Read, understand, and comply with the college policies and procedures. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Strong time management skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) 
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively 
  • Prior experience in administrative, training, or support roles is a plus
